The Stone Twins (NL)

The Stone Twins (aka Declan and Garech Stone) are the award-winning creative agency behind the A’DAM Toren: Amsterdam’s new icon and catalyst for the exciting regeneration of Amsterdam Noord. Their holistic approach included everything from creating the brand name (A’DAM is also an abbreviation for ‘Amsterdam Dance and Music’) and identity to communication and the creative-direction of the various floors. Other music clients include MassiveMusic and The Media Nanny. The duo will share insights, inspiration and their love for the wit and intelligence behind the pioneering label ZTT (e.g. Frankie Goes to Hollywood). Passionate and assertive about design, The Stone Twins are the authors of ‘Logo R.I.P.’ – a book that commemorates 50 iconic logos. In addition to their studio, The Stone Twins are also regular lecturers at various design schools.
