The Bar is the beating heart of Ruby Emma. From breakfast and barista coffee, to afternoon snacks and our expertly shaken signature cocktails, you'll find something to tempt you, whatever the time. We also host live gigs and regular events, so grab a drink, pull up a seat and enjoy.

Inspired by our building's LEED Platinum status for sustainability, the bar at Ruby Emma is a celebration of alternative energy.

From the colourful sails above the bar, to wind-powered, hand-wound and potato-fuelled contraptions, you'll spot ancient and unconventional power sources at every step. When all the activity gets too much, grab a seat while we shake up a sundowner.

While our signature cocktails are hard to beat, no trip to Amsterdam would be complete without a snifter of the local lager. We've also got tasty softies and of course, freshly brewed barista coffee.
