Intern Copywriting

Period: 6 months, from May/June until November (determined in consultation)
Work week: 40 hours

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) Foundation is the leading business platform for the electronic music industry and the world’s largest club festival for electronic music and dance culture. With over 200 venues, 3,000 performing acts, and approximately 500,000 visits from music lovers and professionals worldwide, Amsterdam becomes the global hub for electronic music for five days.

The Internship:

Are you a student who can effortlessly craft compelling and to-the-point texts in English? Can you turn a briefing into an engaging article in no time and have a keen eye for different target audiences? Are you also familiar with the latest social media trends and platforms? Then we are looking for you!

ADE’s Marketing & Communication department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated editorial intern.

You:

+ Have an affinity for electronic music and its industry;

+ Are a budding writer who creates well-crafted English texts that effectively reach the right audience;

+ Are flexible and creative in finding solutions;

+ Are punctual, independent, and well-organized within a team environment;

+ Have a professional work attitude and handle feedback constructively;

+ Maintain calm and structure in your work, even during busy periods and tight schedules;

+ Are currently enrolled in a study program that allows this internship. A minimum of HBO level is a plus;

+ Have good knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.);

+ Have strong communication skills, both spoken and written (Dutch and English);

+ Live in or close to Amsterdam, and are available to work from our office in the North of Amsterdam.

Please note: Availability from May/June to November 2025 is required, including during the summer vacation. Exact start and end dates to be determined in consultation.
