Intern Conference Production

Period: 6 months, from May/June until November (determined in consultation)
Work week: 40 hours

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) Foundation is the leading business platform for the electronic music industry and the world’s largest club festival for electronic music and dance culture. With over 200 venues, 3,000 performing acts, and approximately 500,000 visits from music lovers and professionals worldwide, Amsterdam becomes the global hub for electronic music for five days.

The internship:

Are you a student who can create and maintain an overview during busy times? Is your passion organizing large and complex events? Are you a team player who can turn creative ideas into practical solutions? Then we are looking for you!

For the Production team, ADE is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern.

You:

+ Know how to keep an overview during busy times;

+ Are familiar with organizing events;

+ Know the trends and developments that are going on within the music industry;

+ Work practical, result-oriented and analytical;

+ You are able to be flexible and you are creative in finding solutions;

+ You have a positive mindset and views challenges instead of problems;

+ Are currently enrolled in a study program that allows this internship. A minimum of Higher Professional Education (HBO) level is a plus.

+ Have understanding of Dutch and great communication skills (spoken and written) in English.

Please note: Availability from May/June to November 2025 is required, including during the summer vacation. Exact start and end dates to be determined in consultation.
