Join BumaStemra, Buma Music in Motion, AFEM and Collective RIOT for a networking breakfast and workshop during Amsterdam Dance Event 2024. Our round table invites leaders and decision-makers to engage in meaningful discussions on how to cultivate safe environments in their organizations.
In a workshop setting the goal is for participants to come up with 10 specific actions they can implement to dismantle barriers that inhibit full participation and representation in workplaces within the music industry. Contributing to the success of creators, other music professionals and the industry as a whole.
