Rebirth Records ADE Special
Rebirth Records returns to Amsterdam during ADE 2024 for a special Dine & Dance event at Hearth on
Saturday 19 th October, from 7pm to 1am.
The creative mastermind and owner of the label Daniele 'Shield' Contrini will play a
special dj set and will be joined by Luca Sanna from Chromatic Filters.
Founded by Shield in 2006, Rebirth has evolved into a true trailblazer within the realm of
independent electronic music labels.
The label sonic portfolio boasts iconic names such as
Dave Lee, Butch, Agoria, Argy, Blond:ish, Luciano, Michel Cleis, Rampa, Emanuel Satie,
Chaim, Jimi Jules, Marc Romboy and Freaks (Luke Solomon & Justin Harris).
In addition to his work as artistic director and his impeccable A&R expertise, Shield is a
prolific producer. He has produced a plethora of singles and Eps, as one half of the
dynamic duo NUfrequency and with his longtime friend Robytek.
Over the years, his musical magic has graced labels such as Cadenza, Yellow, Miso, Renaissance, Slip’N
Slide, Sony Music, and Z Records, collaborating with renowned artists such as Foremost
Poets, Liquid Liquid, Isabelle Antena, Katia Ricciarelli, and more recently, Emmanuel Jal,
not to mention his notorious unofficial re-edits of House Music classics.
With his unique soundscapes, Shield has captivated audiences in some of the world's most iconic clubs,
from Tresor in Berlin and Output in New York, to Djoon and Badaboum in Paris, Ministry
Of Sound in London, and the legendary Pacha and Eden in Ibiza.
Luca Sanna is one half of Chromatic Filters, Italian duo based in London.
They released six eps and an Album on Rebirth including remixes from names like LTJ
Experience, Don Carlos, Idjut Boys, Fouk, Jamie 3:26 and more.
His ecletic DJ sets are filled with danceable rhythms that focus on minimal jazz fusion, afro and electronic beats.
Luca is also Rebirth’s graphic designer since 2010, and owner / manager of Brvtvs, an Hi-
Fi Listening bar based in Marlow (Uk) where he plays regularly.

In pursuit of our love for music we have worked together with Yuji Tsutsumida, owner of Kikuno, to create an immersive and pleasant acoustic experience in our new space.
Kikuno is an Amsterdam based Japanese company specialized in high quality handcrafted speakers and sound engineering.
Dining W/ is our new concept intended to fuse our passion for food and great music. We host weekly listening sessions with local and international talents during dinner time on weekends, when selectors dig into their collections of records, to create a relaxed and joyful soundtrack for our dinners.

Not to worry! Make sure to contact the event (or their ticketing provider) you are visiting as soon as possible with as many details about your order; name, email address, amount of tickets, etc. Once they've recovered your order, the tickets can be resent to your email.

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.
Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!
Yes, the Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events. Even if a festival event is sold out, you can still access the event with your ADE Pro Pass wristband. During ADE there are over 500 festival events and hundreds more cultural and conference events you can enter with the wristband. One thing to keep in mind is that there is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for ADE Pro wristband holders. This means that, for some of the more crowded events, you have to arrive early to ensure attendance. Once capacity is reached, ADE Pro holders will be let into the event on a one in-one-out basis.
We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.
