Join us for a relaxed and informal conversation with Danish DJ/Producer Kölsch. We'll find out how he started his musical career, how being born in the Freetown of Christiana - a hippy nirvana - affected his upbringing, his choices of studio gear and hats. There will also be tales of worldly travels and discussion about some of the productions he has done that please him the most and why. And, of course, we tap into how he felt about winning the ADE Cook Off 3 times with his incredible cooking skills.
