We nodigen je uit voor een inspirerende middag waarin we het belang van hiphop als cultureel fenomeen verkennen, met waardevolle inzichten voor zowel de muziek- als de maatschappelijke sector. Ontdek hoe deze muziekstroming niet alleen de volgende generatie artiesten inspireert en ondersteunt, maar ook een positieve impact heeft op sociaal-economische ontwikkelingen in de stad. Armin Shah (Convo) gaat in gesprek met vooraanstaande sprekers over de uitdagingen en kansen voor jong hiphoptalent, het belang van het creëren van podia voor the culture, en hoe het bieden van een gezonde voedingsbodem de maatschappelijke positie van bepaalde gebieden en doelgroepen kan versterken.

Een jaar na de publicatie van het Unesco-advies On(ver)vangbaar verkennen Martin van Engel en Armin Shah in dit gesprek de innovatieve kracht van the culture. Ze bespreken de behaalde resultaten en de kansen voor de toekomst. Wat is het belang van het creëren van podia voor the culture. Ze laten zien hoe deze platforms niet alleen stemmen uit diverse gemeenschappen versterken, maar ook mogelijkheden bieden voor artistieke en culturele groei. Dit is een kans om meer te leren over de impact van hip hop op de cultuur en de rol die we allemaal kunnen spelen in het stimuleren van jong talent.

Not to worry! Make sure to contact the event (or their ticketing provider) you are visiting as soon as possible with as many details about your order; name, email address, amount of tickets, etc. Once they've recovered your order, the tickets can be resent to your email.

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.
Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!
Yes, the Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events. Even if a festival event is sold out, you can still access the event with your ADE Pro Pass wristband. During ADE there are over 500 festival events and hundreds more cultural and conference events you can enter with the wristband. One thing to keep in mind is that there is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for ADE Pro wristband holders. This means that, for some of the more crowded events, you have to arrive early to ensure attendance. Once capacity is reached, ADE Pro holders will be let into the event on a one in-one-out basis.
We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.
