Lilia 'Dangermami'
brings her extensive experience as the founder and general manager of Femme Bass Mafia, a pioneering mentorship program that champions inclusivity and support for women and non-binary DJs. She will discuss the importance of communal support structures and share how Femme Bass Mafia addresses systemic issues within the industry. Her focus will be on creating inclusive spaces that not only prevent burnout but also nurture creativity.

Tristan Hunt
, a certified Transformational Coach with specialized ADHD training, will offer valuable perspectives on managing ADHD within the music business. With over 20 years of industry experience, Tristan will highlight the unique challenges faced by individuals with ADHD and demonstrate practical tools and strategies for overcoming these hurdles. His insights will help both individuals and businesses understand the benefits of ADHD coaching in enhancing creativity and productivity.

The panel will explore how dysfunctional systems can be reformed, the specific needs of marginalized groups, and effective tools and resources for preventing burnout while fostering creativity. Attendees will gain insights into creating supportive environments that enable all voices to flourish.

The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, offering the audience an opportunity to engage directly with the panelists, ask questions, and delve deeper into the topics covered.
