GENERAL INFORMATION:
– Lockers are available and can be rented on site.
– Presentation of a valid ID is required. A copy is not sufficient as valid proof of identity.
– Early entrance tickets only give access before 3:00 PM, after that it is no longer possible to enter with this ticket.
PAY ATTENTION: This event is split up into two parts, for which you need seperate tickets:
– Saturday 19th of October dayshow from 13:00 – 23:00.
– Saturday 19th of October nightshow from 23:00 – end.
SEALED TICKETS:
– From now on, Thuishaven works with Sealed Tickets, which means that you can only download your tickets shortly (24 hours) before the event starts via your purchase confirmation.
Only buy your tickets through reliable platforms such as our own website (ticket provider Tibbaa), Resident Advisor or ticketswap. These are the only tickets that guarantee you access to our events.
By purchasing a ticket and/or visiting an event at Thuishaven, you agree to our house rules and general terms and conditions.
Thuishaven is not a club, or a warehouse. It’s a unique experience. Located on the Western outskirts of Amsterdam, the site is surrounded by heavy industry, massive oil tankers and scrap metal yards. Thuishaven has several stages, bars, surreal decoration pieces and curiosities. Incorporating materials purchased or found at neighboring scrap yards, the site radiates a raw and industrial atmosphere. During the winter set-up (October - April), all stages are housed indoor, in heated tents and a newly crafted hangar. The summer set-up (May - September) hosts a mesmerizing open air stage plus the option to use both tent and hangar for a raveyer vibe. With a track record of 200 festivals and counting, the site is ever evolving. Every new visit brings to light new details and new surprises—making it one of Amsterdam’s most extraordinary venues.

Not to worry! Make sure to contact the event (or their ticketing provider) you are visiting as soon as possible with as many details about your order; name, email address, amount of tickets, etc. Once they've recovered your order, the tickets can be resent to your email.

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.
Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!
Yes, the Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events. Even if a festival event is sold out, you can still access the event with your ADE Pro Pass wristband. During ADE there are over 500 festival events and hundreds more cultural and conference events you can enter with the wristband. One thing to keep in mind is that there is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for ADE Pro wristband holders. This means that, for some of the more crowded events, you have to arrive early to ensure attendance. Once capacity is reached, ADE Pro holders will be let into the event on a one in-one-out basis.
We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.
