2 — Be prepared before getting in line at the club
ADE aims to ensure the health and safety of all our visitors. We work in close collaboration with the municipality of Amsterdam to present the best possible ADE experience while ensuring public health guidelines set by the RIVM and Dutch government.
Due to Dutch legislation, we will need to have COVID-health-check prior to every official ADE Festival event. The following COVID certificates which will allow you acces:
1. Proof of vaccination / recovery
If you have been vaccinated / recently recovered from Covid and are from the EU, you can show your QR code at the door. Be aware: visitors from outside the EU cannot use a proof of vaccination at the door! (see below)
2. Negative test result
If you can't show a proof of vaccination / recovery QR, you can get tested through ‘Testen voor Toegang’ in order to receive a valid COVID certificates. Testing capacity is being scaled up during ADE week on a daily basis, so check out the ADE city map to find a location near you.
3 — Celebrate Safe during ADE
We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.

4 — Getting around Amsterdam during ADE
There are several ways to get around in Amsterdam. The public transport is fully operational during ADE. You can buy public transport tickets at your departure station. You can also rent a bike or use one of Amsterdam's taxi services.
By rail - from Schiphol
When you arrive at Schiphol airport the easiest way to travel to the Amsterdam city center is by train; the station is located directly underneath the airport's arrival hall. The train takes you to Amsterdam Central Station within 15 minutes. Train tickets are available at the ticket office in the airport's main hall and/or from the yellow ticket machines.
Uber around
Don't miss a beat during ADE! Uber gets you wherever you need to go. Download the app, request a ride and a nearby driver will arrive in minutes. In case you are requesting a ride from Schiphol, please await your Uber at the designated Uber pick-up which is in front of Schiphol Sheraton Hotel.
By bike
Picking up a bike? Great choice! Read more about cycling in Amsterdam here. In case you'd like to park your bike make sure to use the designated bicycle traits or barges to prevent it from being removed by the local authorities.
