At ADE Beats, Grant will discuss how he and his team operate on a daily basis to create opportunities on a global scale for their artists, ranging from Rapsody, J. Cole and Rihanna, to Dutch artists Nicole Bus and Yellow Claw and Brazilian star Claudie Leitte, to DJ Mustard and partnerships with the likes of Meek Mill.

Born in the South Bronx, New York - Omar Grant has seen it all. He worked at several major U.S. record labels, was the tour manager for Beyoncé and was the A&R on the project that led Rihanna towards reaching her first #1 debut on the Billboard Top 200. He has helped to achieve multiple Grammy Award victories and nods, and over 100 million sales for the artists, he worked with.

At ADE Beats 2019 Omar Grant will discuss how Roc Nation finds and supports new talent worldwide and how he and his team create innovative strategies for the company’s artists on a daily basis. He will share his vision on being an artist or music industry professional in 2019, in an industry that is rapidly changing and a world that keeps getting smaller, with the latest stars, trends, and developments coming from all over the globe.
