ADE goes Homecoming Festival: bridging musical cultures in Lagos, Nigeria

At the heart of this collaboration is the interaction with the local artists and music professionals. Through a duo of knowledge & talent exchange sessions with local communities that are set to take place on Friday, March 29th, topics such as DJ culture, artist management, and the workings of booking agencies are addressed. These interactions are intended as a first step in an ongoing exchange of knowledge, laying the groundwork for future collaborations in both continents.
The organisation has set out to learn from the local scene and culture, and to bring attention to creating a self-sustaining ecosystem. This project also serves as an exploration of opportunities to help platform African talent, with the ambition to connect intercontinental music sectors together with Homecoming Festival.
