After recent news about the return of Sound Lab and the first speaker announcements, we are thrilled to also confirm the return of ADE LIVE in 2019.

ADE’s showcase program ADE LIVE, now in its fourth year, will once again be centered around Melkweg and Paradiso, the two legendary Amsterdam venues that have always been at the heart of the program. On top of that, the live music industry, a hugely important part of today’s music scene, will be a major focus at ADE 2019's daytime program. A series of panels during ADE Conference will be exploring every aspect of the LIVE industry.

ADE LIVE was initiated as a showcase event, focusing on both new and established exciting live acts that courageously explore and cross electronic music’s borders. The festival provides emerging artists like SG Lewis, HVOB, Marian Hill, Karel and Amy Root with a stage to present themselves to a receptive public, alongside more established acts such as Agar Agar, Red Axes and Róisín Murphy who took part in ADE LIVE 2018, and in doing so, reminded us why they are so enduringly loved and respected.

ADE LIVE's primary goal is to present adventurous music lovers with the opportunity to discover hidden gems, while also offering carefully chosen upcoming artists their moment in the spotlight in front of both the public and a range of professionals, including journalists and broadcast media, bookers, management reps, agents, event organisers and programmers.
