The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) Foundation is the leading business platform for the electronic music industry and the world’s largest club festival for electronic music and dance culture. With over 200 venues, 3,000 performing acts, and approximately 500,000 visits from music lovers and professionals worldwide, Amsterdam becomes the global hub for electronic music for five days.

Project Description & Responsibilities:

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be part of a team of 8-10 people. You will play a key role in establishing collaborations between various parties, managing both existing partners and new leads. In this role, you will focus on both B2B (industry-related organizations) and B2C (consumer-oriented brands). You will have an independent external role and be responsible from start to finish for:

+ Acquisition of new partners;

+ Account management;

+ Developing marketing strategies in collaboration with partners;

+ Execution of partnership activations and reporting to (potential) partners;

+ Internal reporting to the team lead;

+ Expanding and leveraging your network within the music industry;

+ Connecting relevant organizations with ADE;

+ Ensuring optimal collaboration across different ADE departments.

Your Profile:

+ 1-3 years of experience in Partnerships Management;

+ A relevant network in the music industry, including labels, publishers, and ticketing providers;

+ A relevant network within top-tier consumer brands and creative/marketing agencies;

+ Knowledge and experience in marketing, media, and campaign strategies;

+ Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and quickly switch between tasks, channels, and systems;

+ Structured and proactive, with strong project management and administrative skills;

+ Skilled in maintaining relationships with both national and international partners;

+ Experience with MS Office tools, webshops, project management software, CRM, and email systems;

+ Strong attention to detail while maintaining a helicopter view;

+ Solution-oriented, hands-on, stress-resistant, and flexible;

+ Available for a gradual start from March (±1 day per week), increasing to ±3-5 days per week in July-October;

+ Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

+ Based in or near Amsterdam is a plus.
