Zoë Horsten (NL)

Zoë Horsten (NL) is a dynamic moderator, program maker, and creative producer. She is involved in organizing festivals that dive into the landscapes of alternative electronic music, digital (performance) art, and immersive storytelling. She works for FIBER Festival, IDFA and Pan Asian Collective. Alongside their production work, Zoë also creates programmes that foster space-making, community building and empowerment for queer and Asian identities in the Netherlands.
