Tony Roodenburg Boakye (NL)

Tony Roodenburg Boakye is a social and creative entrepreneur and co-founder of Phatcamp, Common Culture, and Geuren & Kleuren Media. Tony is Dutch-Ghanaian, born in Bremen (Germany), and raised in a small village near Rotterdam. After studying in Breda, Tony eventually ended up in Amsterdam where he has been living and working as an entrepreneur for 7 years now.

Tony has gained extensive experience in the events industry by working in coordinating roles for various festivals both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in realizing various brand activations, including those for ING, Red Bull, and T-Mobile. His expertise and passion for events and brand activations have enabled him to conceive creative and impactful solutions for connecting brands with their target audiences in unique and memorable ways.

Through Phatcamp, Tony is dedicated to preparing the new generation of event professionals for similar roles and beyond, emphasizing the importance of passing on knowledge and experience to empower future leaders in the field.
