Tommy Vaudecrane (FR)

For the past 30 years, Tommy has shown a strong dedication and commitment to the French electronic music scene as an artist (dj and producer), events promoter and political activist. Since 2010, Tommy has been President of Technopol, the trade body association for the defense, recognition and promotion of electronic music in France. Technopol organizes the Techno Parade which gathers more than 400.000 people in the streets of Paris as well as the Paris Electronic Week. Tommy is also a venue owner in Paris, operating with his partners Les Galeires Montparnasse and Parallel22, a 12.000+ square meter cultural venue proposing exhibitions, events and much more. In addition, he is also music curator at Beatport for the Hard Dance and Hard Techno genres. Driven by his passion for music and the dancefloor, Tommy is still an active dj and producer with his project Balagan, a Hard Techno and Neo Rave duo (with Valerick) that has been releasing music and djing around France and Europe for the past 6 years. Tommy has also contributed, as a consultant, to the success of many events technology companies (ticketing, cashless) helping them to enter and grow their business on the complex French market.
