Lagos based Artist Teni “TEEZEE” Zaccheaus polymathic resume represents a New Generation outlook at the intersection of culture.

Teezee is co Founder and President of NATIVE Records (exclusive label joint venture with Def Jam Recordings US) the first of its kind in Africa.

He is also co founder of THE NATIVE a Black-owned , multi-platform media company dedicated to the discovery and development of young African artists and youth culture.

The last years have been some of the most exciting moments in the young polymath’s career. From featuring on songs with SKEPTA & KID CUDI, through to release of Hit single BADI (alongside Afrobeat superstar Davido) and working with Tems.

His ability to naturally connect with some of the most exciting talent across the globe and bring them to his world sonically and stylistically is second to none. The music is as diverse as his persona blurring the genre/gender lines. He is looking to cement his place as one of Africa's leading performers of the new generation after performing at the Homecoming show in Nigeria, Wireless in London ,opening for Playboi Carti to rave reviews or his festival he co founded - Nativeland.

Teezee’s career has been genuinely underpinned by artistry. A rule breaker and game changer pioneering the Alté (alternative afrobeats) movement. The stylish melodic rapper is making waves in the fashion scene while also partnering with brands to give them cultural capital in territory such as Nike , Jameson whiskey (brand ambassador) Often regarded as highly influential based on results. His musical inspiration ranges from Oasis, Fela Kuti to Tyler the Creator, Kid Cudi & Lauryn Hill.
