Sam Alpert is head of marketing at leading global talent agency Wasserman Music. Sam and his team have executed successful tour marketing campaigns for top music artists including Jack Harlow, The Postal Service, Tyler Childers, Disclosure, ZEDD, $uicideboy$, Kaytranada, Omar Apollo, Rex Orange County, Skrillex, Fred again.. and many more. In 2023, Sam and his team executed campaigns for more than 281 unique clients, including 122 of the top 200 top earning artists within the agency's roster. Prior to joining Wasserman Music, Sam led successful campaigns for other A-list artists including Tame Impala, The 1975, David Guetta, Tiesto, and The National.

In August of 2022, Sam launched the Artist Marketing & Digital Strategy within Wasserman Music, comprising expertise in areas of tour marketing, digital strategy, pricing & ticketing, and livestreaming.

When tours were halted by COVID in 2020, Sam switched gears and led the initiative to build a new livestreaming division within Wasserman Music precursor Paradigm Talent Agency. Providing this ancillary business model helped keep the agency’s artists at work, finding new means for them to support themselves and providing much-needed entertainment for fans stuck at home. That year, he was named to Variety’s prestigious “New Leaders” list and has now led the execution of livestreams for major artists including Billie Eilish, Jack Antonoff, ZEDD, Quinn XCII, and Chelsea Cutler.

In May 2021, Sam launched the Wasserman Music global indie music channel and livestream series There is Light, exclusively on Twitch. There is Light initially featured 20 shows from 40 artists, with performances streaming live from various independent venues across the US and UK. The series produced over 37 hours of content with over 430k cumulative hours watched, garnering over 7 million global views across the series.

Sam joined Wasserman Music at its launch in 2021 with its acquisition of the North American music division of Paradigm Talent Agency, which he joined in 2014. Prior to Paradigm, he served as head of marketing for Ultra Records, leading marketing campaigns for Kaskade and Steve Aoki; and SVP, Marketing at The Eleven Seven Music Group and Tenth Street Entertainment, where he led marketing campaigns for Mötley Crüe, Blondie, Eve, and JET, among others.
