Sacha Martina (NL)

Sacha Martina is a dynamic entrepreneur with a strong passion for Diversity and Inclusion. After working for many years as an entrepreneur in the HR/Recruitment industry and witnessing the significant inequalities in representation and equity, she found her true calling in DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). With her unwavering dedication to creating a just world for everyone, she has become a public speaker, trainer, and event host, sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower individuals and organizations. Together with her business partner Danielle Jiskoot, she launched “House of Inclusion” in January 2024. This start-up focuses on providing training, workshops, and consultancy to companies looking to enhance their diversity and inclusion strategies. House of Inclusion is a ‘new age consultancy’ that pushes organizations out of their comfort zones in a creative and agile way. Among their clients are well-known names such as Jaarbeurs, Center Parcs, Vinted, and Verisure.

Sacha was named a role model of 2023 by Equals and is recognized as one of the most inclusive leaders in the Netherlands, according to MT Sprout. She thrives on challenging, inspiring, and motivating others. In her world, there are no boundaries, and everyone is treated equally.

On top of that, she is a proud mother of two daughters and sees it as her calling to be a strong role model for her children and future generations as a woman, mother, and entrepreneur.
