Razvan Ailenei, known as Shatyr, is an artist and composer by origin, whose deep connection to the arts has driven him to become a dedicated activist and lobbyist for the artistic community in Romania. His firsthand experience as an artist has fueled his passion for advocating on behalf of fellow creatives, leading him to actively challenge the Government and other public institutions to protect and promote artists' rights. Shatyr has been at the forefront of efforts to secure better working conditions, equitable access to resources and greater public recognition for artists across various fields.

Shatyr also manages the largest publishing catalog for performance rights in Romania, which includes hundreds of artists and thousands of Romanian hits. This catalog features the majority of Romania's top artists, further solidifying his influence in the industry. As a pioneer in advocating for changes to the statutes of performance rights organizations, he has successfully spearheaded many reforms that have greatly benefited the artistic community. Additionally, Shatyr is a board member of UCMR-ADA, the most important performance rights organization in Romania.

Beyond his work in activism and lobbying, Shatyr is also a producer and manager for several artists, drawing on his extensive experience in the arts. He has also made a significant mark in the organization and production of events, including festivals. Shatyr’s multifaceted contributions continue to shape the cultural landscape in Romania, where he is recognized as a staunch defender of artistic freedom and rights.
