Phil is currently the A&R director for Hed Kandi and DJs at Hed Kandi gigs across the globe every weekend. As A&R he’s responsible for choosing the music for the amazing Hed Kandi compilation series, running the label and signing singles for release as well as managing the DJ roster and music policy for its amazing parties all over the world.
