Peter Marx (BE)

Peter Marx is a founding partner of the Brussels based law firm MVVP. He has extensive experience in intellectual property, media and entertainment law, including work in the field of book publishing, photography, television, motion picture, the music industry, design, advertising and sports. His clients include music and book publishers, record labels, collecting societies, advertising agencies, TV and film companies and performing artists. Peter is a regular speaker at Midem (Cannes) and other international conferences such as Eurosonic (Groningen), Reeperbahn Music Festival (Hamburg) and Amsterdam Dance Event. He has contributed to editing and writing several publications. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the co-chair of the yearly legal update sessions of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL). Peter is also a member of the Council of Journalism in Belgium.
