Nelson Dior (NL)

In 2014 retired Dutch b-boy Nelson Dior from Amsterdam exchanged his pair of dancing shoes for a pair of CDJ's. Inspired by DJ's and producers like The Bloody Beetroots, Justice, Alvin Risk and The Designer Drugs, Nelson Dior started playing mainly hard electro house music and within a month he achieved his first milestone playing at the main room at one of the biggest clubs in Amsterdam the Melkweg Max. Within that same year Nelson Dior secured several residencies at various infamous bars in Chinatown and the Red-light District. Racking up a lot of experience and being mentored by one of the most technical Dutch DJ's LAWRENCE APAGA and DJ RNK got him exposed to different new genres which he started to incorporate into his style, pushing his DJ skills, his mashups and DJ sets to a level you can only expect from a Dutch DJ. In the following years Nelson Dior established himself in major clubs in the Netherlands like Club Panama (#55 on the DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs 2019), the Melkweg, Club Vie, NORA and started to expand his international presence overseas from Europe to South East Asia and China. Overseas Nelson Dior is a regularly seen face in the nightlife scene of Hong Kong, Manila, Stockholm and Edinburgh. Nelson Dior also started his annual ADE Festival Nights; Frantastic and Fuck Yeah! in 2015 and has been inviting some of the most prestige’s International Club DJ’s from all around the world to the Amsterdam Dance Event every year.
