Menno van der Meulen (NL)

Dutch photographer and documentary-maker Menno van der Meulen graduated from Amsterdam Art School in 2014 but by being 49 years old has a lot of experience in a wide range of visual fields. His style lies between the dark contrastual absurdities of Pasolini & David Lynch. In 2016 Menno followed 3 Chinese female DJ’s in their trip to Holland and Amsterdam Dance Event. He made a 45-minute documentary called ‘Noflik’ about their endeavours and experienced the the cultural differences they faced by coming here and will get deeper in detail about this.
