He holds a B.S. in Economics and Management of Innovation from the University of Trieste and a Master’s in International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco.

Xceed’s technology is trusted by top clubs in over 15 countries globally, empowering venues to enhance their operations and connect with audiences. Under Mattia’s leadership, Xceed has engaged over 100 million users over the past decade, achieving major milestones such as being named one of Apple’s Best 100 Apps in the World and The Next Web’s Fastest Growing Startups in Europe. In 2019, Mattia was also recognized on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.

Originally from Como, Italy, Mattia’s global perspective has been shaped by living on five continents.
