Martin Rüssmann is a German Attorney and Entrepreneur. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ALBA PATERA Law Office, a boutique law firm based in Hamburg (Germany) where he is specialized on Business and Intellectual Property Law in the Media and Entertainment Industries as well as Sports. He represents and works with companies, artists and athletes from Asia, Africa and Europe.

He is elected member of the Executive Board and also Co-Chair of the 'NFT and Emerging Technologies Working Group' of the global non-for-profit trade body 'Association For Electronic Music' (AFEM).
