Let me tell you a bit about myself: I am Marius Onuc, Manager and A&R at Dance FM Romania, the largest dance radio station in Romania. I have been managing the station for 7 years, during which I have successfully increased our listenership from 10,000 to over 100,000. I have also expanded the station’s coverage, and Dance FM is now broadcast in the three largest cities in the country, including the Capital - Bucharest. I would be happy to share more about how I achieved this with the attendees at the session.
Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience in radio. I was a Morning Show host at Pro FM, the largest commercial radio station in Romania, but in the last 7 years, I chose to leave commercial radio and focus on the niche of electronic music.
