Lara Lessing (NL)

Music Lead, Strategist & New Business at AGE Music, Lara specializes in maximizing YouTube success for music, brands, and creators through her work at AGE Media. At her core is to bring inspiring stories to the public that need to be heard. With a journalistic and music background, and experience in moderating panels, she brings sharp insights and dynamic energy to her role as co-host. In addition to her work at AGE Music, Lara co-founded Fiori, a foundation that supports female artists and creatives in their growth and visibility both nationally and internationally. Fiori's mission is to provide more equal opportunities for female creatives in the music industry, where representation is still limited. Passionate about gender equality and human rights, Lara is actively involved as a director at an organization dedicated to creating a free and equal future for all children. She will be co-moderating the YouTube panel at ADE 2024 together with Vincent Reinders.
