Joshua Brandon (GB)
Starting his first business at 4 years old by running same day deliveries of groceries to his grandparents' neighbours in Yorkshire, England, Joshua Brandon always had an entrepreneurial spirit. His first official company, which he started at 16, went on to back innovative new musicians (achieving global chart successes with multi-platinum selling records, sold out tours, and headline festivals), experimental new cultures (managing the first DJ to play globally successful and digital lead community genre, Dubstep), as well as incubate startups in marketing, digital media, and sport. Running social media campaigns for artists brands such as Absolut, Nike, Visa, Vodafone, Bruno Mars, Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Eminem, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and Shawn Mendes.
By 18 Joshua was working at one of electronic music's most successful record labels and on one of Ibiza’s largest events brands, with a weekly residency at the biggest club in the world. Joshua went on to found, run, or scale joint ventures and subsidiaries across three of the leading corporations in their relevant sector; Sony Music Entertainment, Live Nation Entertainment, and Endeavor Group. Seeing talent Joshua worked with go on to present radio and TV shows, appear in the most read media publications, enjoy charting book publications, number one charting podcast productions, and brand partnerships with some of the world's best known companies. Alongside his work, Joshua has continued postgraduate education at top global schools including The Henley Business School (Business Administration), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Digital Transformation including AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and Innovation), and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (Global Business).
Joshua is currently the founder of both Bermondsey Ventures (venture studio for creative enterprises) and Bermondsey Collective (talent and brand management).
