Joseph Joyce (GB)

Joseph S. Joyce has been active in the electronic music scene for many years, beginning his journey as a DJ on London's pirate radio circuit. After earning a bachelor's degree in Sound Design, he joined Native Instruments and later transitioned to Ableton, where he now works as an editorial writer and media producer. An active music maker, Joyce's tracks have appeared on labels such as Cocoon, fabric, Wiggle and Underbelly. His work has been remixed by prominent artists such as Maya Jane Coles, Terry Francis, Sebastian Mullaert, and many more. In 2012, he founded the record label Default Position, which focuses on emotive styles of electronic music. Through this venture, he collaborates with established and emerging talents while continuing to produce remixes, host radio shows, and perform across Europe.
