Jean-Sebastien Permal is a Music Executive working across Europe and Africa as Vice President of A&R for Continetal Europe and Africa. Head talent discovery and artist development (A&R), deal-making, and strategic growth. Hespearhead A&R initiatives with a bold approach, while also leveraging data-driven strategies to identify and nurture the current and next generation of artists.
