His skill set includes strategic planning, digital marketing, A&Ring, business analysis, data analysis, and digital advertising, enabling him to drive growth and innovation across these platforms.

Jan also produces and hosts the Get Physical radio show, expanding the label's reach and connecting with a global audience. His work ensures that the label's releases consistently meet high standards, aligning artistic vision with market trends.
