James Molkie is one of the founders of Comp-A-Tent, a company born from the magnitudes of waste left behind at music festivals. Through co-development with festivals and waste-contractors they have developed a range of compostable and recyclable tents, with incentivised distribution and return. More recently he has headed up Comp-A-Tent's research division, analysing and quantifying waste at UK festivals, such as Glastonbury, Reading and Boomtown festivals.
