Ilan Elkayam (IL)

Ilan Elkayam's career began in 1995 by opening the first Israeli dance bar, the legendary "Dvash." This pioneering musical bar was unique among other bars in Tel Aviv at the time, offering DJ sets and live performances, and quickly becoming a well-known institution. The artistically and uniquely designed "Dvash" was located in the south industrial part of Tel Aviv and soon became the favorite spot for the underground scene in the city.

In 1997, Ilan opened "Dinamo Dvash," an electronic club that became the energetic counterpart of "Dvash." This innovative club was critically acclaimed in Israel and abroad and was known for its unique and uncompromising musical style, setting new standards and a model for other new clubs. The club hosted many renowned artists, DJs, live shows, sound systems, breakdance competitions, and events.

Since 2003, Ilan Elkayam has been working on various unique projects and platforms, some of them with production companies he co-founded, such as "ALIVE" and "PLUG." Over the years, he has established great relationships and a wide network with colleagues in Israel and abroad. He is highly respected among artists, musicians, managers, agencies, record companies, and producers, and he is widely known for his brilliant A&R work, professional production experience, and special, unique style.

In 2021, he co-founded ROVR - a platform specializing in mindful, reliable music curation and recommendation. ROVR is designed to solve content overload and music discoverability challenges on today's major streaming platforms, providing a reliable and trustworthy source for music enthusiasts.
