I've worked in Dutch radio for 20+ years and have been a part of the 3FM music team since 2011. Our team is responsible for the radio playlists as well as the music output on our online/social platforms. So we try to keep up with as much new music/releases as we can, to play the most relevant music for our target audience (18-19 year olds). Since 3FM is the national public station for pop music in The Netherlands, we also have a specialty platform to boost up and coming new Dutch artists: 3FM Talent.
