Previously to the hit record, Henry X was mostly known for giving the Dutch scene their first taste of the sound of Africa. Throughout the years Henry X has managed to stay relevant in the current scene developing his love for African electronic music.

As one of the founders and creators of the Blends / BlendsWorld concept in the Netherlands Henry X has taken his concept to on African Electronic Rave with heavy weights international guests and sold out shows in the historical Gashouder Westergas (2023), Amsterdam and the industrial Maassilo (2022 - 2024 ) Rotterdam. Attracting 3500 Tastes of Africa lovers.

His huge contribution, love and interest in the Afro electronic genre has resulted in more versatility, creativity and flexibility behind the decks.
