Gosia Herman (PL)

Gosia Herman is a director, producer, and founder of FOREIGN XCHANGE, an LA-based creative studio and post-production company. She works with a diverse roster of clients in film, music, and advertising. With over 15 years of experience in the creative industries, she has juggled multiple roles on both the executive and creative side, working closely with artists, record labels, brands, and festivals around the world.

Her journey in the music industry began with promoting local nights in her hometown of Wroclaw. After moving to London to pursue an art degree, she took up an internship at Boiler Room and eventually became their Head of Broadcast, producing over 300 shows in the show's most iconic era of 2010s. These early experiences of working with the video medium, inspired her transition to the visual side of the industry.
