Gerd-Jan Frijters (NL)

Gerd-Jan's development as an entrepreneur and sustainability expert started from a technical basis (technical business administration). He then made the step from technology to people (psychology and NLP).

Gerd-Jan has studied sustainability in a broad sense (ESG themes and the correlation between them) and (international) reporting standards, for example CSRD.

At Green Events Gerd-Jan's passion for entrepreneurship, sustainability and music come together. After more than 30 years of change processes in business (technology, organization and behaviour in almost all sectors), he is happy to contribute to inclusive, sustainable and circular events.

In addition to his work at Green Events, he invests in sustainable companies through crowdfunding, writes about sustainable entrepreneurship at SDU and is a general board member of the Zero Waste Netherlands foundation.
