Evelien enjoys written communication in all shapes and sizes: she believes in the power of words to bridge gaps. Sharing information openly and being easy to contact are key to building a good relationship with the festival community. To make this easier, Evelien and her team at Nieuws van het Festival developed tools. These tools help festival organizers to keep local residents informed, to interact with visitors, staff and volunteers, and to report to authorities.
