Emmanuel Deletang is Founder/CEO of 22D Music Group, a fully independent company combining international skills, dedicated personnel and local audiovisual copyrights experts with more than 20 years experience in this specific field. 22D operates offices in Paris, Berlin, Madrid, New York, and is a direct member of the major collecting rights societies. 22D is an alternative by essence, a boutique company with a unique savoir-faire in the rights management, and has been appointed as sub-publisher and local adviser for larger audiovisual groups, animation producers (Dargaud), advertising agencies (TBWA), film & TV producers (UGC), international artists (Mylène Farmer, Woodkid ...). 22D strives for outstanding technical and creative quality using a growing network of international music professionals. 22D manages projects creatively, financially and logistically from inception to delivery, fitting seamlessly into the production chain, for films such as « Triplettes of Belleville », « Ernest & Célestine »… Emmanuel is originally from Paris, where he worked at Sacem the french PRO’s, Palan Music Publishing and State One Music, , before creating 22D Music in 2006. The founders were friends for years before deciding to set up their own publishing group. This was in order to avoid the never ending merges and acquisitions between majors in the music industry, the selling and re-selling of music catalogs implying complex administrative transfers that result in equally complicated, incomplete or incorrect registrations of works that lead to loss of royalties.
