Eefje Arts (NL)

In her role as the Head of Festivals at Dekmantel, Eefje is the end responsible for Dekmantel’s national and global events. Throughout her career, Eefje has navigated the landscape of festivals and nightlife culture with a commitment to social and environmental sustainability, striving to unify and rise people beyond social and political boundaries.

Before joining Dekmantel, Eefje made her mark working with Apenkooi Events (acquisitioned by the ID&T Group / Superstruct Entertainment in 2022). She played a key role in the organization of the global festival brand DGTL, impacting the way we organize events worldwide through the DGTL Safe(r) project and their efforts in sustainability.

Bringing eight years of experience in the festival and event industry across various operational roles to Dekmantel, Eefje is focused on fostering dance floor culture and the development of the (underground) music scene, as well as championing innovative festival scenography and event production levels.
