Edin Skenderi (RS)

Edin Skenderi is the founder and owner of the record label Lacuna, which brings together artists from around the world with the mission of fostering a family-like environment where creators feel safe and valued for their work. Starting as an avid music listener, Edin grew up glued to MTV, which sparked his desire to be a part of the music industry. His journey began by managing several music promotion channels on YouTube.

Realizing his aspirations extended beyond just uploading music, Edin sought deeper connections with artists and decided to launch his own record label in 2016. With little initial experience, he invested time and effort into building Lacuna from the ground up. Today, the label is well-regarded for collaborating with talented artists and uncovering "hidden gems," aiming to give them the recognition they deserve.

In addition to his role as the label's founder, Edin serves as the art director, leveraging over 15
years of experience as a graphic designer to craft a distinct and recognizable brand identity for
Lacuna. His life has always been immersed in art and creativity, which eventually led him to
explore music production under the name DNIE, with more than ten tracks already released.

Edin is committed to creating the ideal platform for both artists and listeners, building a label that
prioritizes the artist’s vision while delivering an exceptional listening experience to the audience.
