DJ Serene (NL)

Amsterdam based DJ Serene’s goal is to create sets were elements of her heritage, her current environment and her imagination come together. By mixing percussive tracks with (avant-garde) electronic and innovative club music, DJ Serene explores the connection between her past and present.In 2017, together with her partner in crime LYZZA, she founded X3 (read: triple X). A queer party collective focusing on safe(r)-spaces and unique experiences in Amsterdam’s nightlife. Through nights like these, DJ Serene found true freedom and learned she feels most at home in the underground music scene: a vibrant community that’s spread out across the globe.
