Dennis de Groot (NL)
Dennis de Groot is the founder of Okay, Sounds Great, an Amsterdam-based artist and tour management company that supports Black and Brown artists in building careers. With over 15 years of experience nurturing independent and emerging talent, he has worked with a diverse range of artists, including Moses Sumney, L'Rain, Kari Faux, Billy Valentine, Youniss, and Loona Dae. As a partner at David Passick Entertainment, he also co-manages the live careers of contemporary jazz greats such as Makaya McCraven, Pino Palladino, Mark Whitfield, and Takuya Kuroda. Additionally, Dennis has been involved in initiatives like Red Bull Music Academy and The Show Must Be Paused and is an active member of the Recording Academy. Dennis co-directed the music documentary "Easy Man," which explores the life of flutist Ronald Snijders, and before shifting to music, was an accomplished illustrator, collaborating with renowned brands like Converse and Lacoste.
