Dangermami (NL)

Lilia van Beukering, the founder and general manager of the DJ mentorship program Femme Bass Mafia (FBM), combines her passion for music with her dedication to mentorship and community-building. After moving to Berlin in 2015 and working in booking, PR, and artist relations at Beatport, Lilia began DJing in 2020. Frustrated by the lack of supportive learning environments for women and non-binary DJs, she launched FBM to provide mentorship and training. Under her leadership, FBM has grown into a comprehensive program that supports aspiring DJs in developing their skills, from music organization to career management, while also fostering a strong community through events and collaborations. Known as Dangermami, Lilia has gained recognition for her dynamic DJ sets and has performed at venues like HÖR and RSO Berlin, sharing stages with notable artists and solidifying her presence in the European club scene.
