Damien Platt (GB)
Named on The Music Network’s '30 Under 30' list, Damien has over ten years’ experience within the industry. Relocating from Melbourne to London in 2022, Damien has been the Marketing Director for London house label Glasgow Underground which was nominated for “Best Boutique Label” at the 2023 AIM Awards. In 2024 Damien directed the global campaign for “Buscando Money” which hit #13 on the Billboard Hot 100 Argentina charts and went platinum in Spain and Argentina and Gold in Italy with over 8 billion views on the sound on TikTok.
In 2017, Damien founded Palms Management specialising in artist and label services and consultancy, Damien currently works with an international roster of clients.
During Damien’s career in Australia he was the marketing manager for Vicious Recordings working on release campaigns with artists such as Avicii, Dom Dolla, Madison Avenue, Mark Knight, Sgt Slick and Don Diablo. Damien also held board positions at The Push and Changes Conference.
