With such a mixed and wide variety of musical influence, there is often much diversity in DAF’s style, ranging from Progressive to Tech to Techno and everything in-between. Preparing each set meticulously, tailoring his sound to each given environment. Always looking to further his knowledge of music, this becomes apparent within his creativity. 2015/16 hosted a series of successful releases on labels such as Elrow Music, Twisted Fusion and Faceless Recordings, as well as remixing Stephan Bodzin’s ‘Sungam’. 2017 has started with the kind of intensity you feel from one of DAF’s sets, being signed to Marshall Jefferson's new imprint, Freakin303, launching the label in collaboration with his good friend ‘Barber’. Next came his 'Communication EP', which displays dexterity and development as an artist over three tracks. He is set to follow up in the summer with a remix for Marshall and Tom Finn’s ‘House Music History’, a single on a compilation and another EP in Autumn with remixes. With further track and remix requests, and other collaborations in the pipeline, it's clear he is on the right path and thing's certainly look bright for the future. DAF is founder and co-owner of his aforementioned party, B4, showcasing carefully selected artists and friends across the House and Techno scene at their longstanding home, Basing House. 2016 saw them complete five incredible parties topping off the year with an extended NYE event. With new material incoming from the studio and European bookings scheduled, the bar has most definitely been raised for this year…
