Biography
Creznight [crash-the-night] is a DJ and producer from Utrecht - The Netherlands. He is known of his groovy sound: Detroit inspired Techno from the 90’s containing energetic basslines, 909 kicks and
groovy percussion layers. One thing Creznight strives for is getting people in the Groove!
You can know Creznight from gigs at Poema, Tivoli, De Helling, Sugarfactory. Where he shared stages with recognized artist like Invite, Cosmic Force, Steve Mulder, Dave Mech and David Hülsken.
Or maybe from his Utrecht based DJ collective: Oefenmeesters, which have over fifty releases on Soundcloud and hosts frequent gatherings in clubs around his beloved town; Utrecht. Inspired by artists like Sterac, Cari Lekebusch, Truncate, Umek and
early Drumcode releases Creznight is focusing on new productions. His new EP is all about rhythm and you can expect it early 2021. The future is all about the past. So Creznights love for groovy sounds started in Ireland, where he became member of a DJ society and had his first gig. After that he started studying Music Production and Audio Engineering at SoundEducation in the Netherlands. And his style evolved.
